HF Construction and Development (HFCD) was formed out of the need for a unique construction and development company that can be very versatile in the types of development and construction it can perform. HFCD has the staff and team in place to Design, Develop Infrastructure, Build, Remodel / Renovate, Manage and Sell all forms of Properties, Commercial, Multifamily, Residential and Industrial.

The owner Alan Patino has a very extensive background in electrical design and installation in the Cayman Islands. He worked as Supervisor of the Planning Department for Caribbean Utilities Company (CUC) for many years and as Senior Project Manager on projects In Indonesia and Oman and has met and worked with some of the best Developers such as DART (DECO), Cayman Islands Government and the Developers at the Ritz Carlton to name a few, were he assisted in the design of the Electrical Infrastructure and Plans for the Ritz Hotel, the street light plan for the new By-Pass to West Bay and Caymana Bay’s entire electrical plan.

Over the years and from these relationships Alan has surrounded himself with a team of extremely talented people in each field including Property Acquisition, Infrastructure Development, Construction Specialists who specialize in Individual Custom Home Building to High Rise Construction, Professional Sales and Property Management Teams as well as Professional and Personal Bankers to help the end user obtain the financing they need during construction and after the project is complete.

The most interesting thing about Alan and HFCD is their thirst for Futurism. HFCD is constantly researching and searching for ways to make the building process easier, cleaner, ecologically and technologically Smarter and above all more Eco Friendly.
